Meditation
Meditation is the practice that keeps the mind focused and calm. As we become skilled in this practice, awareness of our personal mind habits become apparent. Through this recognition and identification of mind habits, we can gain control of our thoughts which leads us to a life of greater equanimity.
Guided meditation and visualization uses imagery to create constructive dramas that we can use to heal our body, mind and spirit. This technique can be used with individuals or within a group.
